Day 2: Drive and Eat

We went today to pick up Cullen from Grammy's in Wharton. It was a rather unique day because we only had one child yet we were still late for Church. Pastor Phil was teaching our class today because we are in between class teachers. I really enjoyed hearing from our head pastor and him taking the time to want to teach to our small numbers.

I forget to mention that there was a breakfast fundraiser for our churches Honduras Mission Trip that is going on this summer.

After church we headed straight out (in the pouring rain) to Wharton to go pick up Cullen. Grammy had bought him more Iron Men, too which he referred to as "his guys."

When we left Whataburger we started our way back to town but were getting there pretty close to when we needed to leave for Will's Birthday Party. The party was located at the Children's Museum. It was supposed to start at 4:00 PM. We left at 4:00 PM. We got there around 4:30 and were instantly ushered into the party down stairs. Cullen refused to sleep when he got home because he was so excited so by the time he was at the party he was eating cake and trying to stay awake. Poor Buddy!
